JD is a handsome 1 year old who has spent much of his young life in the confines of the shelter. Until recently he has had no one to teach him how to behave around both people and dogs, no one to show him manners and no one to even give him the nurturing love, a puppy needs. JD is now getting some much-needed attention and is starting to come into his own He is an energetic pup on the journey of learning and growth. He is filled with boundless puppy energy and a curious mindset. He loves to jump and play, sometimes unaware of his own size and strength. He may nibble on the leash, but he is eager to improve. He would love a forever home as the only pet, preferably with mid to older teens, where he can be active and continue his training to be the best version of himself. He has been patiently waiting for a home for so long, let's end his wait and give him the forever home he deserves.
