Meet Joey ! This sweet baby boy is a 6month old American Staffordshire terrier otherwise known as a velvet hippo. He is the perfect example of the pitbull puppy being so incredibly sweet and playful, and loving of all dogs and people. Joeys story is truly heartbreaking but all too common. Joey was rescued from the Devore animal shelter where he was red listed and hours away from being euthanized simply for space. He has truly beaten the odds and we are so excited to find him his perfect home! Joey is not yet potty trained but he is extremely smart and trainable, he is also in the process of being crate trained and leash trained. Joey is an energetic boy and we do require his future adopter to have puppy experience.
