Watch her video here: https://youtu.be/fLXp7rECpWU?si=IbTqJ5LypIM1pX41
Now that you have taken the time to watch her video, we hope you see what we mean but the perfect companion. Everything about her is so dainty and adorable. She is the perfect mix of sidekick, snuggle buddy, and adventure buddy. Her distinguishing coloring with the gray muzzle makes her all the more adorable. As people who spend all of our time with dogs, we love us a dog like Lady who has the good kind of energy! LOL The behavior team at our property uses her for playgroups and assessments because she brings what they call a healthy balance. Lady gets along well with all types of dogs. In her video, you can see all of the dogs she is with! Please ask us any questions in regards to your pets and their play style. Lady has engaged with so many different kinds of dogs that she can adapt to various play styles. We feel good about her going to a home with almost any dog.
Lady would do great in a home with other dogs or being the solo pet in the home. Her leash skills are on point! So if you love taking your dogs on walks I think we have found your soul mate at this point. She would be a great dog to walk downtown for a cup of coffee or join you at your favorite brewery. A home where she can go on walks or have a nice yard to play in.Lady would also be happy to enjoy a lazy day on the couch cuddling on those rainy days.
Since we are on a roll about all the perfect little things she does Lady even hugs!!!! I mean seriously, a Shepherd that gently hugs you, loves human affection and cuddles?! She can be a little shy at times when she first meets you. She does a little sniff and approaches in a gentle manner, then she realizes you are friends!
Lady loves toys and mental stimulation, her favorite being harder toys she can chew on. Lady is potty trained and crate trained and has been fostered with kids and does very well with them. As mentioned above she is a little timid with her initial greet, when she meets toddlers she is a little confused with all the jumping and will stare but let them pet and will sniff and let them walk her. She has lived with children. With older kids she gets comfortable a lot quicker. Lady is simply that, a Lady!
We are willing to test Lady Lotus with anything you need us to in order to ensure its the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know!

The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is one of the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone! Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no choice but to euthanize animals for space. We prepare them for adoption by properly vetting and providing individualized care through our incredible behavior program that consists of socialization and leash training for all animals that enter our adoption program prior to matching them with loving families who will treasure them for the rest of their lives. They are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts once adopted, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! Three Little Pitties Rescue just celebrated its 5 year anniversary! Over the course of this time, we have been very fortunate for so much growth, allowing us to further connect with the community and save many lives. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 11,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be brought into our rescue program. Together, we can be heroes.
