MEET LASSIE: Lassie is a 5-month-old, 27lb purebred smooth coat Collie who is looking for her forever home. We are assisting an overwhelmed breeder with getting their adults sterilized and finding new homes for some of their puppies and adults, including this pretty girl. Lassie is sweet, social, and friendly. She gets along well with other dogs and has shown no interest in cats. This smart girl is crate trained and is currently working on perfecting her house manners. Lassie is food motivated, making training a breeze. She will need some work on her leash manners, so a fenced yard is a must for her. Lassie is going to be a larger size dog, so she would not be a good fit for an apartment or mobile home. Collies, like Lassie, are active and agile dogs that require regular exercise, so an active family would be perfect for her. If you are looking for a lovely and social companion who is eager to learn and play, consider giving Lassie a forever home. OUR FOSTER ANIMALS ARE LIVING IN FOSTER HOMES AND TREATED LIKE FAMILY UNTIL THEY FIND THEIR OWN FUREVER FAMILIES. OUR ADOPTION PROECESS REQUIRES AN APPLICATION TO BE COMPLETED AND APPROVED BEFORE A MEET-N-GREET WITH THE ANIMAL CAN TAKE PLACE.
