Est DOB: 03/01/21 Current Weight: ~20 pounds Leland is for sure a 3,3,3 dog! What is this you ask? 3 days to not bite his person(I was good in 1 day), 3 weeks to not bite someone in the house, 3 months to not bite anyone!!! I have not even had him 3 months yet but he knows I AM THE ALPHA here. We now respect each other and everyone is settling in. He had issues with my husband and when I left the home they are now best friends. *until he knows you and knows you're good people, don't pet his head. *No small kids (14 and Up) or an all adult home *Ok with dogs in the home but needs better introduction when other dogs come into his *Ok with cats but will occasionally chase them this is very rare. *Good on a leash but does not like the chocker slip leash *plays hard with dogs and is dominant humper(working on this) someone may not like their 1st love being picked on. He's a Terrier mix so always goes for the dogs legs. * can do well being an only dog he will play with toys *Needs regular brushing so he won't matt *little to no shedding *almost perfect indoors *crate trained but at 1st meet he is cage aggressive *will howl when he feels alone *barks when playing Please e-mail [email protected] or use the link below to fill out our adoption application https://form.jotform.com/Muttsandmeows/pet-rescue-application-form We answer all emails back within 48 hours. HIS/HER adoption fee is $600 USD and that will pay for TRANSPORT, all his/her shots up to date, neutered/spayed, microchip and rabies. This dog is currently in the Houston Texas area. Once the application is approved and adoption fee paid, transport will be arranged. Because this adoption will be without meeting the dog first, we will need to try to be extra careful that everyone (including you) think this will be a good fit. We will try to give you as much information about the dog as we can. Unfortunately, many are fresh from the shelter and we don't know much about them yet.
