The application can be found at: www.sosbeagles.org/adoptionform.php From her TN finder/foster: Sunshine is eating well, learning basic commands, walks well on the leash, is very good in her kennel and is in the process of being potty trained. she can't be left off leash because she will run. She must be supervised in the house. Although she is doing pretty well and stays occupied with toys, she will try to get into trash cans and cupboards looking for food. Initially she was very wary and shy around people after being loose for several weeks, but within a day she was my constant snuggle buddy. In another day she was all over my husband as well and loves cuddling with both of us. She was also scared of my dog the first day but within 3 days they had worked a pecking order and regularly play together. She is still scared when we are outside and she hears other dogs barking. She very quickly learned to sit where her food dish is and waits for me to put their bowls down. She is fed in the same area with my dog and she has learned to respect this area. She still eats very quickly but her manners are much better. She is excellent in her kennel. She sleeps throughout the night and spends up to 4 hours/day in it while I'm working. She does not go in it on her own but once inside she immediately digs in and naps. Sunshine is about 2 years old and is being fostered in South Plainfield, NJ.
