Lola

Lola is a sweet senior girl who found herself without a place to go. Due to divorce and eviction, Lola's owner wasn't able to keep her. She is a lovely 9 year old girl with a lot of life left. She's not spayed yet (something we will do while she's in foster care) but is up to date on her vaccines and got a clean bill of health on a recent vet check (she was sweet with the vet, too). She's a little overweight and we are working on weight reduction through diet and exercise. Lola is friendly to all she meets, young and old, and has lived with other dogs. When she first got to foster care she was dog aggressive but within a couple of weeks is loose with her three foster siblings. She hasn't been around cats and is quite enamored with the foster's resident cats (and is very gentle with them but she wishes they'd run more). She is playful and loves her toys and chews. She loves exploring with her nose on the foster home's property with the other dogs. She has been house trained and walks nicely on leash.
