My Story

Of all her qualities, Lola's a wonderful companion to other dogs. She enjoys playing with and curling up next to her foster friend and will likely thrive in a home where other big pups can show her how lucky she is to find her new forever family. Having a guiding friend to show her the ropes builds Lola's confidence and helps L-O-L-A be a good girl. Lola is already off to a wonderful start, even with just a few minutes of focused attention each day. She's adjusted to spending time in her crate and learns new skills quickly especially with treats as rewards. Chew toys are one way she likes to play, and with a moderate amount of energy, playtime helps her unwind, too. She prefers to follow the lead of others and is a dainty playmate. Don't be surprised is Lola walks up to you and asks you to cuddle. Whether following her people around the house, or couch surfing as a way to unwind, she's a stick-by-your-side companion. She's doing well in her current environment with WFH grown-ups and getting plenty of physical and mental stimulation helps her be her best self. All Dallas Pets Alive adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon adoption. The standard minimum donation for dogs over six months to seven years is $200, puppies under six months is $250, dogs eight years and over are $100 unless specified otherwise.
