Mable is a sweet girl who has been dealt a rough hand in life so far - but that is about to change! When I look at you, I can feel it. I look at you and I'm home. ~Finding Nemo Mable: I’m very excited at the prospect of getting my own family who would love and care for me. We could go for walkies and crunch through the Spring grass together then go home and snuggle, hand in paw. I want nothing more than for a family to love me and to let me love them back a hundred times more. I hope you’re reading this and thinking, finally, I’ve found my girl! Even though I don’t have anything else in this world, I still have hope. This fabulous, sweet girl was found by herself on the streets of Houston - we don't know if she was dumped or she escaped. Our Rescue has tried to find her owner but nobody has stepped forward. The finder was going to bring her to the shelter but they are euthanizing at an incredible pace there and we didn't want her to risk that because of her age - she has plenty of Golden years left! We think Mable is about 8 years old and weighs about 50lbs. Mable is sweet and loving, albeit scared of where she was going next. We will post more about her as we get to know this sweet girl.
