Meet Maisy: Maisy is full grown at about 70 pounds and is a lab mix.
Maisy is the definition of a gentle giant. Although she is very timid at first, once she warms up to you, she will love you with her whole heart. She came from a home with dogs, cats and 4 children. Her previous owner could not provide her the attention she needed, so they did the right thing and surrendered her to the rescue. She currently gets along well with her 2 foster brothers and doesn’t seem to even notice the 2 resident cats. She is house broken, but is a bit fearful of the leash. Once she’s on the leash she walks well, but it will take some coaxing and patience.
Maisy seems content to curl up on the dog bed next to her humans during the day and sleeps soundly in her bed at night. She is an easy going girl that would do well in a home with or without other animals, as long as she has her humans!
