Marshall is a super sweet boy with a lot of energy. He does have neurological issues that have led him to have seizures frequently. He has been put on medication that has helped combat this and is currently thriving in a foster home. He loves other dogs, but due to his brain damage, he does not understand body language or social cues by dogs so he would need to go to a home that understands his needs and tolerant animals.
