If you are looking for a calm, quiet, senior….this is not the dog for you.

Mavis is a 9 year old miniature bull terrier who weighs roughly 30lbs. Like most bull terriers, she is quite energetic and we frequently compare her to having springs in her legs. Mavis loves to run and play and is also quite vocal both with her dog friends and humans. Due to this, she will not make a good apartment dog, trust us your neighbors do not want to hear her yelling at you to bring her food faster ?.

Mavis came to us as a stay who needed lots of medical care. She had 30 teeth removed, was treated for heartworms, and received eye drops twice a day every day. Her monthly bills for eye drops are roughly $75-$100 and that should be taken into consideration while applying.

Mavis is dog friendly, but may not be the best match for all dogs due to her play style, she completely avoids the cats and would make a good companion for your feline friends. Mavis has yet to meet a child due to there not being any in her foster home.
