This cute, bonded pair of girls are looking for a magnificent home to live out their years.
Let us introduce them to you, meet Mable, black and tan age 10 and Maxine, blonde age 13. They are the cutest and sweetest little girls in all the land.
Mable loves people, so much so that she can be a little possessive of her person, she loves other dogs, she is a little bit mouthy when it comes to barking, but remember she is a doxie. Mable also has a little bit of a prey drive and would not do well in a home with cats. She is the best lover and cuddler and enjoys sleeping on a lap anytime she can. At night she sleeps in a kennel with her bestie Maxine underneath the covers of course.
Maxine loves people too but is more of a lay beside you type of girl. Even though she is a little older she loves to play. She can even be a bit mischievous. She rarely barks but will whine at you if she wants something. She sleeps in the kennel with her bestie Mable, but she sleeps on top of the covers.

All our dogs are current on vaccinations which include Rabies and Distemper/Parvo, they are spayed and or neutered, have been fecal tested and heartworm tested, and had a dental cleaning if necessary. They are all on heartworm and flea/tick preventative as needed in rescue. They all will have a microchip that will be registered in the adopter's name and is good for a lifetime with no additional fees.

The adoption process is an application, a vet reference, a home inspection, and a lifetime contract. The requested adoption donation for all our dogs is $350.

We do not REQUIRE a fenced in yard (some dogs do not require a fence, if they can walk well on harness and leash. Decided by what is best for each dog individually.)

We are willing to adopt out-of-state applicants, but you must travel to the foster home location of your dog which is in Omaha or within a 90-minute drive from the Omaha area to meet and travel home with your dog. We do not transport or ship dogs.
