McFlurry

McFlurry is a handsome one-year old male Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier mix who was brought to the HSOV on February 27, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who found him taking a stroll by himself on Front Street in Marietta Ohio. McFlurry was not wearing a collar, and he was not microchipped. This debonair young man appeared to be attired in his 'dress rehearsal costume' for the 19th Annual HSOV Fur Ball since he was dressed in his formal black tuxedo complete with a white bibbed shirt and white spats on his paws. McFlurry has an adorable (rather mischievous-looking) face with expressive brown eyes, a black button nose, a dusting of white on his slender muzzle, and short floppy ears. We reminded McFlurry that he still had a few weeks to practice his fancy footwork for the dance floor since the HSOV Fur Ball is still a few weeks away (Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the Marietta Shrine Club). And tickets are still available! McFlurry has a happy outgoing personality and was ready to practice his dance steps with HSOV Kennel Tech Kathryn Rea while he did a little multi-tasking and simultaneously posed for his glamour photos. Kat was a good sport and enjoyed McFlurry's rendition of his trampoline routine that he incorporated into his creative "Fiesta Pawty' performance .. McFlurry is full of playful puppy-like energy and has natural athletic abilities. McFlurry weighs 41 lbs and is energetic on the other end of a leash. In compliance with the Ohio Revised Code, McFlurry will be held for three days so that his family will have an opportunity to reclaim him with proof of ownership.
