This sweet momma and her tiny babies ended up in the Houston shelter where they were almost immediately at risk of being euthanized. We stepped in and said no way! A foster stepped up for the family and we have pulled them to safety. They will be joining us on 1/19!
From the shelter:
When we say time runs out fast for dogs in Houston shelters we really do mean it! This family arrived on the 2nd but are already on the Euth list for 1/5. Just enough time for Momma Meg Griffin to start to feel comfortable in yet another new place after just giving birth to 7 adorable puppies. She lets people in with her and her bundles and has such sad eyes, she knows their time is short!
Shelter Notes: This sweet momma and pups were turned in by a citizen who found them but couldn't keep them permanently. Mom is sweet and doesn't mind people around her puppies-see attached video.
