My Story

Meet Mimi! She’s our Diva! She will be one year old on 2/24/24. She weighs 46 pounds as of January 2024. She’s a lab mix ~ we think!! According to her foster, she is a ball of love and energetic! She’s affectionate and funny. She loves to play with her foster siblings. She loves the outside and will a great walking buddy! She's obedient and listens to commands. She love the couch so she can also be a couch potato when she’s done playing. Her foster siblings (Mellie and Coco) are available too if you’re looking for the perfect duo or trio. If you feel that Mimi is a good fit for you/your family, please complete an application from our site, miraclesforsatosrescue.org FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION PLEASE COMPLETE AN APPLICATION! Applications must be complete and considered. https://www.miraclesforsatosrescue.org/adoption-foster-application Please then email the application back to us at [email protected] ------------------------------------------- PLEASE READ: This dog is currently located in Puerto Rico. Once an adopter is approved, we transport to New York/New Jersey! We adopt out of state as long as you are ok with picking up your dog in NY/NJ. We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority. We ask that you make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/ daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years). Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it need for fulfillment. We recommend puppies receive 5 half hour walks (bare minimum) daily. Your ongoing time and day to day commitment is the most important thing is caring for a dog. In addition we cannot guarantee the breed of any dog or expected adult size of puppy. Please also note that any dog that is "house trained" will still need patience in a new home, new people and new schedule. Please be ready to house train ANY dog you adopt! Thank you for understanding.
