Meet five month old moose the adorable border collie mix. The sweet boy came to us as a stray with his brother found in a parking lot and left for dead. He is a super smart and playful boy who’s full of energy and will make a fantastic, active companion. He’s extremely food motivated which will make training a breeze. He’s doing great in his crate and house training. He loves to play and would be a fantastic hiking buddy. Full grown he’ll likely be up to 40 pounds and is currently about 25 pounds he’s just tall and lanky. He loves to ride in the car, cuddle and give lots of kisses. He would make a great second dog.
The first step in the process is to submit an application (link below) in order to set up a meet and greet or talk with the foster family. Once the application is submitted, the foster parents will contact you to chat more about the dog and make sure they're a good fit, and can answer any further questions. The application answers most of our questions in order to best match you. If you do not get the dog you apply for we can use your same application for 90 days towards another dog in our care and simply forward your app to that foster parent.

All dogs will be fully vetted (Spay/Neutered, Microchipped, DHPP and Rabies Vaccinated) and other possible vet care prior to adoption.
The adoption fee is $300 which is considered a non-refundable donation.
