New to the rescue is this big, lovely girl, Noel! She has won us over completely with her sweet nature and expressive eyes. She was found as a stray in Plumas County with her sister and they're now waiting at HSAR for their chance at true happiness. She could use lots of kindness and socialization from caring people. She's sure to pay it back ten fold with her unconditional love.
