Miss Nora!! Estimated DOB: 4/1/2020 Estimated weight: 60 lbs. Breed: Pit mix From Nora's foster mom: Miss Nora has been with us for about a week now. At first, she spent most of her time snoozing or quietly observing her new surroundings. However, in the past day or so, she’s started to show her playful and silly side. We've discovered that she enjoys playing fetch and tug of war. Initially, I think she was a bit startled by my cat, but it seems like she has finally accepted him and his baldness. In fact, she even allowed him to take a nap with her while I worked nearby. I believe she would do well in a home with cats, as long as the introductions are slow. Nora has been incredibly friendly towards every person she has met so far. When she wants attention and affection, she likes to hold a toy in her mouth. It seems to boost her confidence. She has been doing a fantastic job following commands and gets extremely excited when she knows it's time for a walk. Her absolute favorite spot in the house is my couch. Our family has truly fallen in love with Nora, and we are more than happy to give her a temporary home until she finds her forever family.
