Please meet Nova…found on the grassy area in front a a business on a VERY busy street. She was obviously left there and waiting for her owners to come back to get her... She was found by one of our volunteers and rescued as she was so close to being hit by a car. She was checked for a chip and lost dog posting were made in the area around the business she was found. No owner came forward. Our volunteer has been her foster since Oct 2023 when she was found. This girl is a large Lab/possibly Pyrenees/possibly heeler mix. She is great with people and older children and is calm-natured. She loves to roughhouse with the foster's large male Huskey. She is house trained and walks easily on leash, and she rides well in a car as well!
