Meet Oakley! He's a friendly, 1-2 year-old, American Blue Heeler mix guy with a love for life, and an energetic personality to live it to the fullest! After living on his own for a bit, he's loving being in a home, warm and safe. He's currently mastering potty training and crate etiquette. He's full of enthusiasm during walks, but he's doing great at improving his leash manners. When it comes time to wind down, Oakley adores cuddling up next you. Oakley can be a bit shy around men, at first, but once he knows you're a friend, he's all in. He hasn't been around other animals, or kids, in his foster home, but he's a friendly guy, so he might actually enjoy their company. A home with a privacy-fenced yard would be great for Oakley, or even an apartment would work, as long as his family is active, and up for outside adventures. . .living life to its fullest.
