Handsome Oliver was picked up as a stray on the streets of Philadelphia. He was taken to Philadelphia ACCT where he was checked in and was so heavily matted they had no idea if he was a male or female. This poor creature had been wandering around for some time before he made his way to the shelter. Once inside he found it to be a very scary place. He laid in his compartment scared and depressed, that is until we came along. I was there saving another life when this poor soul caught my attention. The absolute longing in his eyes, literally begging for help was more than I could bear. We scooped him up and away we went. He settled into home life very quickly. He has been groomed and is such a handsome fella! He is now happy, bouncy and full of good spirits. I love helping lost souls. The reward is when they eat happily and lay down on soft blankets and fall fast asleep. There is nothing like watching a dog become himself again after a stint in the shelter. He is now Neutered and Up To Date on All His Vaccines. Oliver's adoption fee is just $400.00 he comes with his bags packed - Leash, Collar, Harness, Bed, Food, Treats, and Toys.
