Oscar has been a bit of a project dog for us. He was reactive at the fence of his kennel but he has gotten so much better and although he was afraid of strangers at first he has gotten to know so many people at the shelter that he does so much better! He may take a few minutes but he warms up quickly and he loves so deeply. We think he is a parson russell terrier and dachshund mix. He weighs about 30 lbs.
