My Story

Why Choose Me? Oswald is a handsome hound with blue eyes. He had been watching me with other dogs and was ready to meet a new friend and enjoy some treats as well. He's a good boy and quickly sat for his treats. Oswald was surrendered because he didn't do well with another male dog in the home. He was protective of his food and toys. He did do well with a cat in the household--he was very interested but fine. Oswald was an indoor dog and is house trained, crate trained, and has been around kids. His former owner said that Oswald likes being a lap dog and can get anxious in stressful environments. Reading that, made me sad because the shelter can be a stressful place for many dogs. I hope Oswald finds a new home soon where he can feel safe and loved. He's a sweet dog and deserves that.
