Introducing Otter, the lovable playful small mixed-breed dog! With a weight of just 10 pounds, Otter may be small in size, but his heart is full of love. He prefers to be the only dog in the household so he can enjoy having all the attention and be the center of your world. The little cuddle monster even likes to be carried in a dog sling! He is house trained, doesn't need to be crated, and a well-behaved and polite member of the household.
Otter has a special condition called a liver shunt, but that doesn't stop him from living a normal life. His liver was ultrasounded and is not a surgical case but can be managed by with prescription dog food and lactulose. It causes small absentee seizures called fly-biting. He bites the air like he is trying to catch a fly.
Despite his liver shunt, Otter is a playful and energetic dog who loves to explore the world around him. He enjoys following you around, playing with toys, and cuddling up with his favorite humans. Otter has a heart full of love and a spirit that shines bright, making him the perfect companion for someone looking for a special dog with a lot of love to give.
