Meet Otto!! Otto and his littermates were found in a shipping container, and Otto was definitely the softy of the group. He is very, very sweet, and he understands basic commands, but he is so submissive he will need a really gentle family to thrive. Otto adores kids immediately, but he takes a few minutes with adults to learn that they are not a scary person. Once he realizes that, you can see his nervousness melting away, and he becomes a bouncy, happy pup again. Otto does have a number of scars that will probably never go away from being bullied by his siblings.
Otto is learning to be house trained, and while he is regularly peeing and pooping outside, he sometimes needs to be reminded what is and is not a dog toy:) His leash training is going really well.
Otto loves to play, and he loves squeaky toys. He is being treated for Lyme, and once he is in tip-top shape he will be neutered. Otherwise, he is up-to-date on his vaccinations, has been dewormed and flea treated, and we are happy to introduce him to your family to see if he could be a good match!!
