2.21.24 Penelope (DCAS) need a foster or forever home. Penelope is up to date on shots and scheduled to be spayed. She is a 5 year old American Bully that’s good with other pets (dogs and cats). She can be a bit shy at first and slow to warm up with people but will love you forever. Penelope will do best in a home with older kids.
