Petunia (Miss P as we've taken to calling her) is a 2 yr pitty mix full of puppy energy and an eagerness to learn. Miss P is figuring out all the joys of being in a home after spending her first year in a shelter. She's mastered the couch, belly rubs, and not loving on shoes. She's discovered toys, enjoys fetch, and is curious. Petunia wants every pet, love, and affirmation she can get! She's working hard on potty training, improving every day! She kennels well and sleeps through the night. She is rambunctious and learning it's safe to slow down and rest with her small pup housemates. She is uninterested in our cat, not barking or chasing her. We're working on jumping for attention and she often sits after one "down" to be pet and loved on. Miss P needs to practice leash skills, exposure to bikes and others while out on a walk. She did not tolerate a male visitor yesterday, barking protectively of her foster. We'll keep working on that. Petunia has so much potential and really is such an eager, loving good girl.

We do not hold dogs, so if you are unable to arrange a meet within 2 days of approval, we will potentially move on to the next approved application.
