My name is Phoenix and I'm a super loving and handsome 1.5yr male sable German Shepherd. I am in a great foster home near Nashville, Tennessee and am available for transport to my forever home! I was rescued from a pretty awful situation. I was severely under weight and had some skin conditions BUT now that I've been loved, cared for, treated with some medicine, I am well on my way to being a completely healthy pup! You may notice my hair is a little thin in some places but don't worry, it is coming back in! I am a total sweetheart according to my foster mom. I play great with both nice males and females, I love being outside, and my favorite toys are a jolly-ball, moose antlers, and rope toys to play tug! I can bring balls back to you, I think its called fetch, but I'm not obsessed with balls. I love to explore in the backyard and would love to go on some adventures. Since I'm still a young pup, I would greatly benefit from obedience training. This will help us bond and prove that I'm the smartest and bestest boy around! THIS DOG IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE & AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT ************** ***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION*** -ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted -We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply -All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered -Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter -An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog -Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY -Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications -All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time -Not able to adopt?
