My Story

Rambo here! So I have 2 goals in 2023. 1. GET ADOPTED and 2. Lose a couple pounds. My foster mom told me im a big boy (eye roll). I can't be too mad at my mom though because she saved me! On August 12 I was suppose to be euthanized until Lucky Dog Rescue and Waldo's Rescue saved me. I am forever grateful and for that reason and such a loyal good boy.. I am about 3.5 years old so would love a family to grow old with. I've lived with dogs and cats in my past life and even like older kids! Young kids are sometimes annoying to me...I know lots of commands and would love someone who wants to continue teaching me because i want to learn all the things! I just want a family to love me and be my best friend whether we are lounging at home while you work or if we are out and about on walks or hikes! I am not a picky dog, but would like to be more active because i mean who doesnt? If you want to come meet me or even just bring me a treat apply to adopt me or contact me friends at Waldo's !!! ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it's a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog. We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs. Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
