Ray is a sweet, handsome boy. A kind lady took him in from a rural shelter when she realized he would be left outside in a kennel during freezing temperatures. That would have been very difficult for Ray because he’s blind. He’s been vaccinated and tested heartworm positive. He’ll be neutered prior to adoption .
