Meet Rocky
Say Hello to Rocky. This energetic boy is looking for a place to call his own. Rocky is described as high energy who would do best in a home that is active and willing to take him out on longer walks and the freedom to run out his energy. He has lived with small children and does well with them, however he does tend to forget his size when he is excited. He has lived with cats and dogs in the past. Due to being a little to interested in the cats, Rocky would most likely do best in a home without felines. When his humans are away, he is used to being housed outdoors on a lead or in the barn unsupervised. So far at the shelter he has been an affectionate boy who loves greeting his visitors! We've noticed some anxiety indoors and in confined spaces since his arrival; his new home should be prepared to work with him! Slow and proper introductions are always recommended when bringing home a new pet. Ask a TCHS staff for tips. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, de-worming, any medical procedures and general care. Deposits may be placed on adoptable animals by calling 320-252-0896.
