Rocky Road is about a year old and looks to be a Border Collie mix. He is part of a group of shy dogs that came from a situation in Navajo County where there were 60-80 dogs and cats pretty much on their own, little attention and little food and water, for an extended period of time. They do not yet trust people and will back away from you. It will take some time on the part of a foster or adopter to see how far they will come around. Adoption fee waived for the right home.
