Romeo is a three-year-old little Shih Tzu that is looking for his forever home.
He was abandoned at a local animal shelter with injuries to both eyes. This resulted in both of his eyes, having to be removed. It is evident that he was blind before this happened and it does not phase him at all!
He is perfectly capable of navigating around the house once he gets layout of the land!
Romeo is personable and has an amazing disposition! He will need a home that does not have stairs, toddlers, and a safe/secure yard to run around in!
Blind dogs get around just fine as long as the house isn’t cluttered and there are clear walkways to get around. He would be fine in a condo or townhome environment as long as there is an area to walk him in.
Please keep in mind he is a non-shedding dog and will require regular trips to the groomers every 8 to 10 weeks.
