Hiya! I'm Rosie, an adorable mix of lab/border collie/chessie/love and fun!
I've got the "bathroom outside" thing pretty much down, and I'm crate trained, too! My leash manners are improving every day. Shall we build some memories together? I'm ready to be your next best friend!

We are increasingly doing "foster-to-adopt" arrangements, so if you'd like to take this pup for a trial period before committing, we're good with that. Just ask the adoption counselor!
It's a great way to make sure that everyone's a good fit for each other before signing on the dotted line.

ADOPTION PACKAGES: Our puppy or dog adoption fee of $300 includes a lovable, non-judgmental canine companion, and a free vet exam. All dogs will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Your adoption fee helps support POPP and our spay/neuter efforts in the community to end overpopulation of cats and dogs.
