Rubicon was brought to Animal Friends after being found running at large. Even though he's 3 years old, he is all puppy at heart--and what a sweet heart he has. Rubicon is a high-energy boy who wants to play and give you a lot of love. We've found him to be incredibly affectionate. Rubicon wants a family who will help teach him manners through positive reinforcement training and leash manners. We recommend that he live in a family with members who are 13 years old and older. The start of his life might have been rough, and now Rubicon deserves the sweet life with a loving family.
Rubicon is one of Animal Friend's VIPs! Our VIP Adoption Special was recently created as a means to spotlight some of our residents that have spent longer than average times in the shelter due to their more unique needs. With the VIP Adoption Special we hope to provide as much communication and education about each individual VIP resident and their unique needs as possible, as well as additional resources where needed upon their eventual adoption.
