Rush

Rush was a client surrender to one of our trainers at no fault of his own (growing family) and he’s been fostered by her ever since. Rush is about 3 years old and is a Bernese mountain dog, Rhodesian Ridgeback, and collie mix, weighing just shy of 100 pounds. This gentle giant loves female dogs and has played with a variety of breeds, ages, etc during his stay and has learned to make stranger friends. He’s crate trained, potty trained, leash trained, and has great recall and basic obedience. Rush can be shy with new people, but not reactive - a gentle intro to new people and dogs is best. No cats as he’s known to hunt rabbits and squirrels and no busy neighborhoods/apartments as he’s used to lots of room. If you’re looking for a laid back snuggle bug, this is your boy!
