Sailor

Sailor is a 9 month old Brittany puppy who is full of curiosity, smarts and love! This once timid girl has come out of her shell and is looking for her forever home! She has been learning loads in her foster home: she knows "sit", "down", "crate" and is very responsive to her name both in and out of the house. Sailor is getting the hang of house training (her cues to go outside were subtle at first, but now she goes to the door!). Leash walking still needs some work, but her no-pull harness has been helping! Her crate is a welcomed safe space - crate training her was a breeze! She will chew on items if left to her own devices, so a vigilent home while she's still exploring/learning is key. She is great with other dogs (from large pit bulls to tiny frenchies), kids and older folks. She is interested in kitties, but is respectful of the boundaries that they set. After a monitored introduction, she would do well in a home with cats. A fenced in yard is a must! This little pup loves zoomies, fetching and pointing at all the birds. She loves to snuggle and get her belly rubbed, enjoys rides in the car and would love a doggy companion! Sailor has been spayed, is up to date with her vaccinations, is heartworm negative and on prevention and is microchipped.
