We will meet you along the way and drop off your new dog to you. How to adopt? Option #1 Some of our dogs will be pre-adopted. If you want to pre-adopt you would need to pick out a dog and adopt the dog ahead of time (pay and fill out adoption paperwork). Then set up a spot to meet us along our route or pick up at the Petsmart locations below. Yes we adopt to Canada residents. You would need to drive down to Bellingham Petsmart to adopt and pick up the dog. The breeds of the dogs are guesses based on what they look like. We do not know their exact breeds. Houston has an estimated more than 1 million stray dogs and cats. You can help make a difference by adopting a dog from Animal Rescue Kingdom.
