SCAMPI

Meet Scampi, a 28lb, young (2 years old) terrier, small/med mix who was rescued from a kill shelter when she was not behaving ideally in that environment. After getting her to the foster home it was discovered that she does have separation anxiety and prefers spending time with her peeps. Someone with a WFH environment would be ideal. Scampi does not like to share.(toys, bones, food etc) so she would do best as an only dog, no cats or small animals, no small children. Scampi needs a human who understands that she sometimes just wants to do her own thing, but loves having her human nearby. She takes a couple days to warm up and trust you, but when she does she's a silly, loving girl who will smother you with kisses. Once she gets used to you, she is a sweet, very loving companion. SCAMPI is vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. She is not a dog park kinda gal (I dislike them anyway). But she will be a fantastic companion for the more homebody folks.
