Silas is a former working dog with special training but he’s looking for an active and experienced pet home.
He’s a 4.5 year old intact male, GSD
What we are looking for in an adopter:
-only pet (this may develop as he is in training)
-older kids (13+)
-homeowner
-crate advocates (he needs a big one too!)
-local to Manchester NH for multiple meets and trainings required
-slight preference to a female handler
-training commitment required by a trainer/facility approved by training foster
-beginner sport interest (agility, nose work, potentially dock diving)
-someone committed to giving Silas the fulfillment he needs
-the adoption process will be extensive, anyone interested should not expect to take Silas home after the first meet, but he’s an awesome dog and worth it!
