The Humane Society of South Mississippi (HSSM) is a progressive animal welfare organization located in Gulfport, MS. Each year HSSM houses approximately 5,000 homeless pets. Every day we are fighting a space capacity crisis as we try to care for the overwhelming amount of abandoned local pets.
