Sparky was saved from the streets of the Rio Grande Valley in south Texas. He was picked up by animal control and his foster Mom pulled him from the shelter to give him a fighting chance at a better life. This Boxer/Shepherd mix is about 1 year old and weighs in at 60 lbs.
Sparky makes friends with everyone he meets. This boy loves to play. Big dogs, little dogs and in between dogs....they are all instant playmates to Sparky! He is also cat friendly.
Need a traveling companion? Sparky loves to go on car rides. He's ready at a moment's notice to hop in and settle down for the drive. He's extremely loving and he dreams of a family that he can call his own. Maybe his photos will SPARK something in you that lets you know he's the one!!!

The Chasing Sunshine Dog Rescue adoption donation is $595.00. This includes: spay/neuter (at our vet), vaccines (dhpp, bordetella, rabies), microchip, health certificate, fecal test and our dogs are on preventatives for fleas/ticks/heartworm.
Out of state adopters must also pay for an interstate health certificate to their state. (This is typically around $70.00. Adopter will pay actual cost.)
