Meet Strider! He is a sweet and affectionate 1-year-old boy once he gets to know you. He is 46 pounds and loves going for walks and would be great for someone that loves to hike. Strider will always need to be leashed when going for walks, even in a fenced in yard. He is a mixture of fearful and agile, so if he gets scared, he can bolt and jump even the highest of fences. His adopters will need to work with Strider daily to help ease his fears and stop him from being a flight-risk.
The Bucks County SPCA is offering free training classes to Strider's adopters to help them learn all the training he's received here at the shelter with our volunteers and staff.
