Introducing Sugar, a delightful 5-year-old female Shepherd Mix, weighing 55 pounds. Made the journey from the streets of Mexico to rural Washington. In the world of canine companions, Sugar is a social butterfly. She likes to play with most other dogs, but would do best in a home as the only pup or with non-threatening or smaller dogs. She has medium/high energy. She would make a lovely fit for an active family, especially one with older children, as her boundless zest for life will keep everyone on their toes. She is young at heart, and loves to give you hugs by wrapping her legs around your waist. Stella was born with a wonky foot which doesn't slow her down but gives her a cute look almost like a Disney dog! Sugar has no prey drive with the resident horses, she coexists perfectly fine. She would thrive with room to explore, and people to love on. She needs a home without cats. Sugar is a true "people dog," craving the love and attention of her human family members. With her charismatic personality and resilience, Sugar is ready to embark on a new chapter filled with love, and happiness.
