Meet Tikki!
This precious girl was rescued from a rural TN shelter on her last day and is in need of a family asap! She has been displaced and needs out of boarding.
Tikki is a beautiful girl, approximately 2 1/2 years old and 51 lbs. She adores people and loves to go walking or snuggle on the couch and watch TV.
In the foster home Tikki did great with the 16 yr old daughter and all visitors/neighbors she met. She adapts easily to new people. She has not been around really small/young children so we're not sure how she would be.
She has not had alot of interaction with other dogs except a few neighbor's dogs that ran up to her unexpectedly - and Tikki had no reaction. We would recommend a slow introduction with any new dog.
Tikki is NO CATS!
The foster mom mentioned they live in an area with noise from fire trucks and ambulances and Tikki didn't seem bothered by the noise. She is fine being in a crate unless she knows you are nearby walking around and then she wants to be with you. Tikki loves to ride in the car as well - she will happily be your co-pilot.
Tikki is fully vetted, spayed and heartworm negative. She is fully house trained and would love to find her forever home soon!
