Toby the beautiful Chihuahua & Golden Mix

My name is Toby, an adorable three-year-old chihuahua/golden retriever mix that was found dumped in a deserted area in Kuwait. A Good Samaritan alerted rescuers to my location where they found me stuck in an area between two buys roads, hungry and scared. My rescue mother didn't hesitate to take me under her wing. She subsequently took me to the vet, where upon examination it was discovered that I had been abused. That explains why I am so cautious with people and express my fear through barking. I have been receiving training and have been overcoming these challenges. My training sessions are helping me overcome my fear so that my sweet, happy, and funny personality can shine through. Once I trust you, I am the best boy that adores belly rubs. I am a healthy boy that is neutered and fully vaccinated. I love food and am treat motivated, which is great for my training. I also enjoy walks where I can see and explore the world around me. I need a second chance with a loving home. A couple with experience and patience that do not have children is the ideal home for me. I get along with cats, but love dogs, so a family with a dog is a plus!
