Meet the cutest dog ever…Toto is approx 5 year old Norfol/border terrier mix who had to have his left leg amputated after being hit by a car and left for dead. His surgery was on October 25 and you would never know he was missing a leg if it wasn’t so obvious… Three legs does not slow him down. He is so sweet and loving with everyone he meets. We are looking for a home who will dote and love on him.
