Truffles

Meet Truffles, a 4-year-old, 12lb Shih Tzu. Truffles is a sweet and mild-mannered boy who is the ultimate lap dog. He enjoys the company of other mellow pups, but he's most happy when he is curled up in your lap or squished up against you on the couch. Truffles is timid and unsure of new people when he first meets you, but as soon as he gets to know you he is quick to show you his gentle and loving personality and will eagerly follow you around wherever you go! Truffles has been making huge strides in his foster home and is growing more confident every day! His foster says that it has been a joy watching him come out of his shell and learn to trust. He hasn’t quite picked up on the concept of playtime with other pups, but he doesn't mind living life alongside other furry friends - dogs and cats alike! He would do well with another pup in the home to help him build her confidence and show him the perks of having a family of his own. Truffles has been working on his crate-trained and potty training, but with continued work in his new home, he'll be a well-mannered pup in no time! He will do best in a quiet home with an adopter who is eager to continue his training to help him become the trusting and affectionate boy we know he can be! ?
