Tyson

Tyson from Florida and his terrific tongue are looking for you! His adoption fees have been sponsored so all he needs now is someone to love him!! The first thing you will notice about this handsome 9-year-old Pitty is his impressive tongue that is just waiting to give out kisses. Tyson is a goofy, loving, and playful soul who loves the humans who love him without reserve. While Tyson loves toys (fetch, tug of war, or just tossing toys on his own) his one true love is...food. Can you relate? Because if you can, you and Tyson might have the start of a beautiful relationship. He's a good boy when it comes to treats (and food in general) with perfect manners. He will sit and drool immediately to prove he's willing to do whatever it takes to get that treat. Tyson does well with strangers when introduced by the humans he trusts and has been around kids, and has done well. He loves belly and back scratches from anyone who is willing to give them! Tyson isn't a huge fan of other dogs. He will tolerate them but prefers that they don't live in his home. Tyson likes to chase and catch things so it would be best for him to be in a home without any cats or small animals. Tyson has separation anxiety and does get upset when his people leave. But, rest assured that when you come home, he'll wash away any bad parts of your day with his loving grin, lolling tongue, and pure happiness to see you again. Tyson is a gentleman on the leash, a perfect companion in a car or a boat, knows "sit, lay down, and inside" and doesn't mind a spa day, including bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning. We've even heard rumors that he doesn't mind dressing up for Halloween. He'd love to join you for a snuggle on the couch if that's allowed in your house. If not, he's content to be nearby, just loving the fact that you love him. Do you have room in your heart (and maybe on the couch?) for Tyson?
